Jacquilene started her recruitment career in 2016 with an established Engineering Consultancy based in Kensington, Jhb.  Her passion for recruitment and HR is evident in her personality and her relationships with her clients and candidates.

 

Her career in Recruitment and HR grew within the industries of Construction, Engineering, Print, Branding & Media and Hospitality. Jacquilene is an all-rounder and fully understands the end-to-end process of recruitment and has an innate nature as an HR professional. 

 

She developed and elevated her skills with regards to culture and organisational transformation.  One of her core strengths would have to be client engagement, administration, performance management and talent acquisition.
