Employment equity strategy is aimed at redressing any inequalities that may exist in employment opportunities and practices within the workplace in order to achieve the equitable representation of all population groups at all categories and levels of employment within the Company. A well-developed employment equity strategy serves as a guideline against which all decisions related to Employment Equity will be taken.
 

Our expert will develop an employment equity plan, meet with your Employment equity committees and ensure that your company complies with the requirements of the Employment Equity Act and supports the growth and success of your business.
